In August-September, DCEF administers applications and sponsors 8 (one to each feeder of Davidson County) $100.00 Student Mini-Grants in grades 4-11. This money will assist students in purchasing supplies, food and needed materials to help create their projects and ultimately give back to their school and/or community.

I hope this email finds you well. Storm Forward was able to meet last week to create wellness bags for teenagers in foster care. We created 20 bags and donated them to the Family Room (a foster care resource center)!

I’ve attached some pictures from our club meeting where we created the bags!

Thank you once again for selecting us for the grant and granting us an extension! We truly appreciate it and thoroughly enjoyed creating these gifts!
